"Great communication from customer service"
I had a positive experience with customer service. They were accommodating when I needed to make changes to my reservation. I quickly completed my rental form for spot 3, but they misplaced it, so I had to redo it. The item I rented functioned perfectly. The shipping process was a breeze.

"Awesome gear and service from Outdoors Geek"
I've rented from Outdoors Geek a couple of times for my hunting trips in Colorado, and let me tell ya, both times were fantastic. The service is top-notch, and the gear is just what you need. I definitely recommend them and will be using their services again down the line.

"Hired all our camping equipment for a Utah adventure..."
Hired all our camping equipment for a Utah Big 5 adventure. Everything was in excellent shape and made that segment of the journey way easier since we could grab and return it at the shop in Denver, rather than lugging it on a flight. I’ll surely use this service again for extended camping excursions across the nation!!!

I booked my camping gear with them for my trip to Yellowstone and Teton back in 2017. The gear was in great shape and top-notch. Renting was a breeze, even from over in Europe.

"A Backpacking Adventure with Friends"
My buddies and I set up a backpacking journey to Snowmass. We hail from Colorado Springs, so we needed to figure out when we could head to Denver to grab our bear canisters. Outdoors Geek was awesome! They let us pick them up a day ahead without any extra fees. I’ll surely go with this company again for my camping gear!

"My Experience Renting Tents and Gear"
For the past couple of years, I've been renting ultralight tents and sleeping pads from Outdoor Geeks for my yearly backpacking adventure.
Their rates are reasonable, and they always send the gear out well ahead of when I need it, so I don’t have to worry about it arriving late.
The quality of the equipment has been great - I've been happy with my rentals both times.

"Lightweight Backpacking Gear Rental"
I've borrowed lightweight backpacking gear a few times and it's always been a fantastic experience. The gear was excellent, spotless, and arrived at my place well ahead of my trip into the great outdoors. Super fun!

"Awesome Experience!"
Using the service is a breeze and they've got a great variety. The bag I borrowed was in top-notch condition. To be real, it’s a bit pricey, but hey, this gear doesn’t come cheap, so I get it.

"Absolutely enjoyed every bit of it"
The gear we rented was top-notch, and the ladies at the shop were super helpful. Returning the equipment before the store opened was a real lifesaver for catching our flight. Since it was my first time in Colorado and I had such a great experience, I’d definitely use their gear and advice for future trips. Huge thanks!

"Super Friendly Staff and Great Service"
The team is really helpful and super nice. Alissa noticed that I accidentally paid twice with my credit card online and refunded it before I even realized. The gear was awesome, and I had a fantastic time in RMNP. Thanks a bunch, everyone!

"Super simple and handy way to get gear..."
It's a super simple and handy way to get the equipment you might want to really invest in. I’m from Wisconsin and got a permit to trek the Wonderland Trail around Mt Rainier for 10 days. Since I don’t do much overnight hiking in the Midwest, I didn’t have all the necessary gear, so this option was fantastic. Everything arrived on schedule and the gear was in excellent shape.

"Overall a decent experience, but..."
Had a pretty good experience overall, but the stuff wasn’t assembled and ready before we got there. I worry that if we hadn’t shown up before they closed, we might not have received everything in our order.

"Totally happy with our experience!"
We were totally happy with Outdoors Geek. There was a tiny tear in the side of our tent's rain cover, but everything else was neat and well-packed in the box. It was super convenient for us, coming from the east coast and camping in the Southwest, to use this service. They notified us when our gear was sent to our hotel and again when they got the box back that we returned. I’d suggest this company to anyone hitting the road and camping along the way.
